Andrew Boaden – Chairman
Co-founder of Team Systems Group (now part of Misys plc) and co-founder and Non-exec Chairman of BIW Technologies, a leading international provider of SaaS for high-value capital project management.

Gary White – Founder and CEO
21 years of experience in the fields of accountancy, sales and software implementation for global organisations such as Bank of Bermuda, Coda (financial account software), Baan (Enterprise Resource Planning software) and Kana (customer service software).

Bill Flind – Non Executive
Co-founded Team Systems in 1983 and grew it until it was bought by Misys plc in 1989. Bill then served as a divisional CEO at Misys managing businesses with revenues of £20m. In 1992 took up VC investing and then 8 years later, co-founded BIW Technologies, a SaaS provider for infrastructure & construction project control. In 2010, BIW was bought by Conject GmbH, where for the next 2 years Bill served as the group-wide CFO.

David Tate – Non Executive

David is a Managing Partner of DFJ Esprit Secondaries and has been involved with the venture capital industry since 1998. David has been instrumental in the acquisition of some of the largest European secondary direct venture portfolios. He has a particular focus on software, including SaaS, investments, and currently sits on the boards of a number of notable software companies. Prior to 2004, David was the Head of Investments and an Executive Director at WestLB Panmure, where he was responsible for sponsoring and managing 10 venture investments including Wolfson Microelectronics, a £200m IPO in 2003. He also has over 15 years in investment banking, first at BZW and then at WestLB Group. His initial experience was in accountancy and management consultancy with Deloitte & Co. David is a Chartered Accountant and was educated at Jesus College, Oxford, University College in London, and has completed the AMP at INSEAD.

Marija Bichan – Advisor
Marija invests and mentors early stage companies in a wide range of sectors, including retailing, e-commerce, social media and mobile. She has a portfolio of investments, is a founding member of Incito Ventures and acts as Board Observer for some of the South East Seed Fund portfolio companies. During her fifteen years experience as angel investor and most recently as fund manager of the South East fund, she worked closely with entrepreneurs to shape ideas, define go-to-market strategies and secure funding. Marija held managerial positions with Fortis Bank, Hambros Bank and HSBC, where she focused on the mid-corporate market.
