Gary White – CEO
Founder and CEO of White Springs with 21 years of experience in the fields of accountancy, sales and software implementation for global organisations such as Bank of Bermuda, Coda (financial account software), Baan (Enterprise Resource Planning software) and Kana (customer service software).
Neil has over 25 years experience working in the IT industry, beginning in 1985 as a programmer in London, UK for the Institute of Directors before working extensively in various roles in the automotive industry. Neil has worked for White Springs since 2002 and is currently the Operations Manager looking after the implementation and support of the White Springs products throughout the world.
Toby graduated from Oxford University in 1991 and spent 10 years as a project manager in the financial industry before moving into the field of electronic media. He then graduated from Brookes University in 2001 with a distinction in Electronic Media. After some time working as a freelance designer and 2-D animator, Toby moved into the e-gaming industry. Since joining in 2005, Toby has been responsible for our user-interface development and is involved in the initial stages of working with customer to identify and develop their overall user experience requirements.
With 15 years experience in the web design and development arena, Paul brings a wealth of experience in both frontend and backend web development and associated technologies from a creative and technical perspective. Paul has been with White Springs since 2005 and is a key member of the product development team involved in the full project life cycle from initial design and development of client applications through to their integration into CRM and SFA tools.
Combining 15 years of business knowledge, relationship management, and a career around training, sales and technology, Lucy provides quality assurance with every project undertaken. As Director of Professional Services, Lucy works closely with clients and large corporations to provide a portfolio of solutions that drive continuous learning and sales efficiency, thereby creating an order and structure that drive results. Lucy has a B.A with majors in Literature, Education and Science & Technology.
Kay has over 20 years experience in PR, marketing and event management across various industries including automotive, agriculture, leisure and tourism. Kay took a career break to become an award-winning dry-stone waller, working on historic properties in the Cotswolds. Having joined White Springs in 2012, Kay’s current responsibilities include internal communications and marketing the company’s growing range of services and products.
